Mobile Aircraft FireTrainer® MA-3000

The Mobile Aircraft FireTrainer® MA-3000 incorporates many of the features of a fixed trainer, without the need for complex infrastructure. The fully self-contained system is easily transported by roadway tractors, allowing multiple smaller index airports within a region to perform ARFF training evolutions. The system is fully compliant to FAA Advisory Circular 150-5220-17A for mobile aircraft fire simulators.

The MA-3000 provides training in the control and extinguishment of aviation fuel spill fires and aircraft incident fire emergencies in and around a commuter aircraft. Diagram

All fires are controlled by a central PC and hand-held control pendant. All fires, including the fuel spill fire, utilize automatic agent detection for realistic flame response.
